Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting operations including vouchers preparation, payment processing
- Check and prepare payment for travel expense reimbursement report and petty cash vouchers
- Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliations
- Responsible for month-end closing activities and generate various management reports
- Assist in preparing management report for regional office, budgeting and forecasting
- Assist in administration work and filing duties
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary education in related discipline with at least 1-year experience in commercial firms
- Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Word and MS Excel
- A good team player, analytical and with detail-minded
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferred
