Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily accounting operations including vouchers preparation, payment processing
  • Check and prepare payment for travel expense reimbursement report and petty cash vouchers
  • Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliations
  • Responsible for month-end closing activities and generate various management reports
  • Assist in preparing management report for regional office, budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist in administration work and filing duties
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in related discipline with at least 1-year experience in commercial firms
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Word and MS Excel
  • A good team player, analytical and with detail-minded
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available is preferred
