While Aerobics and Steps are still the most popular and effective workouts to build cardiovascular endurance, Cardio Fitness classes at California Fitness offer so much more. We offers a huge variety of dance classes - from Jazz to Hip Hop to Zumba Fitness - whether you are a new dancer or an experienced diva, you are bound to find something you like. Another traditional cardio training must, Indoor Cycling which is great for strengthening the heart and lungs and decreasing stress.

In any of our Cardio Fitness classes, you can expect to burn 300 – 600 calories.
