Important Declaration
Beware of Referral by Person Falsely Representing as California Fitness Staff or any Middle Man for Loan Arrangement with Bank or Financial Institution
California Fitness (the "Company") has received complaints from customers that they received telephone calls from persons representing financial institutions to provide loan services to customers referred by the Company.
The Company hereby makes the following declarations:
- We never refer any bank, middle man, or financial institution to our customers;
- We never provide customers’ personal information to any bank, middle man, or financial institution;
- We never provide loan service to customers. We reserve all legal rights against persons who falsely representing themselves to be staff of the Company, our subsidiary(ies) or associate company(ies).
The Company would like to remind customers to be vigilant and prudent in handing their personal information. If you encounter any of the above situations, stay calm. Don't provide your personal information to avoid any loss.

Kowloon Bay Club Notice
Due to the suspension of air-conditioning service, it is with regret that our club could only provide limited services. All GX sessions will be cancelled until further notice. Members may continue to enjoy the services provided by our other clubs. We shall try our best to negotiate with the landlord to resume all services to members. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
